My Go-To Green Protein Smoothie

I've been on a mission to find a great green smoothie so I've been experimenting with different recipes. You know how sometimes you think it will be great but then you can barely choke it down? Well, I finally found a recipe that I absolutely love from 310 Nutrition.

There is nothing like starting your day out right in a healthy and delicious way! Your body and mind will thank you!

Here's the recipe:

3/4 cup almond milk
3/4 cup coconut water 1 Scoop
310 Vanilla Chai Protein Powder
1/4 avocado
1/2 frozen banana
2- 4 large handful of spinach
1 Tbsp hemp seeds for garnish
Ice

Blend all ingredients on high speed blender for about 30 seconds. Sprinkle the tablespoon of hemp seeds on top. Enjoy!
